Service Fulfillment Policy
ZERRMAT delivers professional services according to a written scope. This page summarizes the general fulfillment framework.
Effective: September 2, 2026
How services begin
Services begin after a written scope is accepted, required onboarding information is received and any agreed initial payment has cleared. Website inquiries and payments alone do not define deliverables.
Delivery
Work may be delivered through meetings, shared documents, design files, source code, configured systems, training, reports or other formats defined in the signed scope. Milestones and target dates depend on timely feedback, access, approvals and dependencies.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, access and decisions on time.
- Confirm authority to supply materials and approve work.
- Review deliverables within agreed periods.
- Maintain required third-party accounts, licenses and service fees unless the scope states otherwise.
Acceptance and changes
Acceptance criteria, revision rounds and review periods are defined in the signed scope. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a change order, updated timeline and additional fees.
Third-party and digital delivery
Hosting, advertising, software, AI, payment and other third-party services remain subject to provider availability and terms. ZERRMAT does not claim control over their uninterrupted operation. Credentials and production assets are transferred or configured as defined in the signed scope.
Delivery support
For questions about an active engagement, service status, delivery or handover, contact support@zerrmat.com and include the relevant project or invoice reference.
