No service contract through the website

Website content, inquiry submissions and preliminary discussions do not create a client relationship, professional-services agreement or obligation to accept work. Services begin only under a written agreement or accepted proposal defining scope, fees, responsibilities and applicable terms.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, visual design, generated ZERRMAT imagery, systems and original concept work belong to Zerrmat LLC or are used under permission. Concept projects are demonstrations and not client work. You may not reproduce or exploit protected materials without authorization.

We aim for accurate information but do not warrant that website content is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision. Links or integrations may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms. Stripe may process configured payments through its hosted checkout.
